LITURGICAL READINGS

ADORE: Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat!…Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food. Incline your ear, and come to me…and I will make with you an everlasting covenant.—Isaiah 55.1-3

ADMIT: All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.—Isaiah 53.6

ASSURE: The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in a land of deep darkness, on them has light shone. You have multiplied the nation; you have increased its joy; they rejoice before you as with joy at the harvest.—Isaiah 9.2-3

ACTIVATE: You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.—Matthew 5.14-16
